The Ninjas a.k.a. R.T.S.A.: (Real Time Subjective Agents) are virtual fighters controlled by humans working for Professor Tyron.

Description

The Ninjas are virtual fighters controlled by humans working for Professor Tyron. As Professor Tyron doesn’t possess the technique of virtualization, this is the only way he can counter the heroes in the virtual world. They wear black bodysuits and have masked faces. They use bladed weapons and can stealth into the terrain of the Cortex for short periods of time. Their first/debut appearance was in the eighth episode, Virus. Upon close inspection, the 'eye'-like white circle is actually a sphere inside a slightly translucent head.

It was initially unknown to the Lyoko Warriors whether they were truly humans or some kind of humanoid A.I. due to the fact that they do not seem to have the ability to speak, but their status as human beings utilizing virtual avatars to fight was confirmed thanks to Ulrich's realization and advice concerning their fighting style, which were more varied and less predictable compared to X.A.N.A.'s monsters.

Skills and Abilities

This is a list of the skills and abilities that the Ninjas are shown to possess.

• Stealth: They can appear from the ground in the heart of the Cortex and are almost invisible. One was able to grab onto the Skid while it was traveling back to Lyoko, allowing its shield to protect himself in the Digital Sea.
• Sword Fighting: Ninjas are shown to be expert sword fighters and have been able to defeat Yumi, Ulrich, Aelita, Odd, and William with ease.
• Super Sprint: They can run at super speed for limited amounts of time with a green stream behind them.
• Other Abilities: Ninjas have an ability to ensnare victims in light green energy, immobilizing the target and allowing the Ninjas to move them around, resembling Yumi's telekinesis.
