Kongres are giant eel-like monsters created by X.A.N.A. that inhabit the Digital Sea near Replikas. They are the most common monsters seen in the Digital Sea and have only one laser weapon that is fired from their eyes.
There is a small yellow orb with an Eye of X.A.N.A. in the middle of their tails. They travel in groups and seem to be able to communicate with each other. They are extremely agile and mainly consist of a firm-looking head along with a gelatinous blue tail.

- The Kongre was the first monster to be seen in the Digital Sea.
