The Code Lyoko Trading Card Game is a trading card game "like the Pokemon or Yugioh trading card games, but obscure with less cards" published by France Cartes.
History
The cards were first published by France Cartes in 2006. There were two tins of starter packs: "Alerte sur Lyoko" in Red, and "Le secret est en danger". They each contain a starter deck of 55 cards, a booster of 12 cards (including 2 rare) and a metal card protector. They sold for 13.99 Euros. There were also booster packs, such as "Attaque de Xana".
Moonscoop also released a handful of cards as marketing for Season 3.
Card Information
There are at least 222 cards in existence. They fall into several categories:
- 5 promotional Season 3 cards, which were all double-sided.
- 20 cards which were distributed by P'tit Louis, a children's dairy products company. 19 of these were distributed in the general release, but with different numbers. The 20th was not, and is exclusive to P'tit Louis. The general 19 include prototype cards of Jeremie Belpois, Odd Della Robbia, and Yumi Ishiyama; which are doublesided.
- 165 cards available in the starter packs and expansions.
- 5 finalized double-sided cards of Jeremie Belpois, Ulrich Stern, Aelita Schaeffer, Odd Della Robbia, and Yumi Ishiyama.
- 1 card exclusive to Code Lyoko Magazine.
- At least 13 variations of the core 165.

Since the cards are out of print, they can only be obtained second hand.
